Domain transfer
Open the domain transfer interface ⧉.
Enter your domain name in the form. Select the hosting option and check the consent boxes. Continue with the order.

Obtain the domain authorization password.
- For a CZ domain, you can send it directly from the order form.
- For other domain extensions, request it from the current registrar.
Domain authorization passwords are usually sent by systems to the domain owner's e-mail address.
Complete the transfer order.
If the transfer is subject to a fee, pay the transfer fee sent to the service's billing e-mail.
If applied, the transfer fee also extends the domain registration period by 1 year.
Check your e-mail. Confirm the authorization requests for the transfer from WEDOS and from the original registrar.

Website and e-mail migration

We perform website transfers from a competitor only if FTP access exists. If you do not have this access and cannot obtain it from the original provider, the website cannot be transferred.

If you are migrating e-mails as well, include their addresses and passwords in the request, as well as the IMAP server address at the competitor.
Wait for further instructions from support. We usually handle requests within 1-2 business days, depending on the complexity of the transfer and current workload.
